liv18 Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "liv18", "we", "us", "our" refers to the liv18 platform operating at https://liv18.io and its authorised operators.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any natural person who registers an account on liv18 and uses the platform's services.
• "Account" means the personal account registered by a player on liv18 through which they access betting, gaming, and financial services.
• "Services" means all products and features offered via the liv18 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and any other gaming products.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free bet, free spin, cashback, or other incentive offered to players by liv18 under its promotions programme.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" means the Know Your Customer identity verification process required by liv18 before a player may complete their first withdrawal.
• "BDT" or "৳" means the Bangladesh Taka, the currency in which all transactions on liv18 are denominated.
• "BST" means Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone used for all operational and transactional timestamps on the liv18 platform.

By accessing the liv18 platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet or wager of any kind, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms apply to all players accessing liv18 from Bangladesh. If you access the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted, you do so entirely at your own risk and liv18 accepts no liability in respect of any legal consequences you may face as a result.

liv18 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically. The effective date shown at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision.

To register and maintain an account on liv18, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. liv18 does not permit persons under the age of 21 to register or use the platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person (not a company, trust, or other legal entity) and must be acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by liv18 or have previously had an account closed by liv18 for a material breach of these Terms.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. liv18 may require verification of your name, date of birth, address, and payment method at any time.
• You must hold a valid Bangladesh mobile wallet account (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) or a valid bank account with a Bangladeshi financial institution for the purposes of deposits and withdrawals.

liv18 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason. Registration of an account does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform.

Each player may hold only one registered account on liv18. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited regardless of the purpose. Where multiple accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, liv18 will close all but the earliest-created account and may void any bonuses, winnings, or promotional benefits received across the duplicate accounts.

You are responsible for the security of your account credentials at all times. You must not share your username or password with any other person. You must not allow any other person to access or use your account, and you must not access or use any other person's account. liv18 will treat all activity conducted through your account as having been authorised by you.

You must notify liv18 immediately if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your account. liv18 will take reasonable steps to assist in securing your account upon notification but cannot be held liable for losses incurred prior to notification.

liv18 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or account inactivity exceeding twelve consecutive months. In the case of account inactivity, liv18 will attempt to contact you using the registered contact details before applying any dormancy fee or closing the account.

All financial transactions on liv18 are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (৳). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. liv18 does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges independently of liv18.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include:

• Dutch-Bangla Bank direct transfer

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method and account used for the original deposit. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. liv18 targets a withdrawal processing time of five minutes for verified accounts using mobile wallet methods. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to two Bangladesh Standard Time business days.

liv18 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, including requests for source-of-funds documentation. Withdrawals will not be processed until all required KYC documents have been accepted. Providing false or misleading documentation is a criminal offence and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

liv18 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions. In the event of a conflict between the general bonus terms in this section and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all liv18 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for wagering on eligible games specified in the promotion terms.
• A standard wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount applies unless the specific promotion states a different multiplier.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire and be removed automatically upon expiry.
• Only one bonus may be active at any time. Accepting a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
• liv18 reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion at any time for legitimate operational reasons, including but not limited to suspected abuse of the promotion by a group of players.
• Players who opened an account using false information are not entitled to retain any bonus winnings, regardless of whether wagering requirements were met.

Seasonal promotions including BPL cricket bonuses, Eid deposit match offers, Pohela Boishakh free-spin campaigns, and ICC tournament specials are subject to their own dedicated terms published at the time each promotion is activated.

All bets and wagers placed on liv18 are final once confirmed. liv18 does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been placed and accepted by the system, except in circumstances where liv18 determines that an obvious pricing error occurred, in which case liv18 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the stake.

In-play cricket betting odds and market availability are subject to change in real time based on match events. It is your responsibility to ensure you are satisfied with the odds displayed at the moment you confirm your bet. liv18 is not liable for any system delay between your view of the odds and the actual accepted odds, provided the difference is within the tolerance thresholds published in the sportsbook rules section of the platform.

All slot games and RNG-based casino titles on liv18 use certified random number generation systems that have been independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are sourced from regulated game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, and Pragmatic Play Live. liv18 does not have the ability to influence the outcome of any game.

liv18 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where it is determined that the bet was placed with knowledge of information not publicly available at the time of placement (insider information), or where the integrity of the underlying event is called into question by a recognised sporting authority.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the liv18 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and may result in legal action being taken against you:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, share cards in live table games, or coordinate betting strategies to exploit the platform's odds in a systematically unfair manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error will be voided.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or third-party payment credentials to fund your account. All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform by depositing funds and withdrawing them without placing bets of material value, or by structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with liv18's support or compliance teams.
• Attempting to register a new account after a previous account has been closed by liv18 for a breach of these Terms, without first obtaining written permission from liv18's compliance department.

All content on the liv18 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, data compilations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of liv18 or its licensed content partners and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the liv18 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, sublicense, sell, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any content on the platform without prior written authorisation from liv18.

Game titles, studio names, and provider branding including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used on liv18 under licence arrangements. liv18 does not claim ownership of any third-party intellectual property displayed on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liv18 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Interruptions to the platform caused by scheduled maintenance, unplanned technical failures, third-party service outages, or force majeure events.
• Delays or errors in bet settlement resulting from third-party data feed failures or inaccuracies in live match data.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on odds, statistics, or promotional information displayed on the platform.
• Losses incurred as a natural consequence of gambling activity, including losing bets and wagers.

Nothing in this section shall limit liv18's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

liv18 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The platform provides the following responsible gaming tools, which are available to all registered players at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a set period.

Your continued use of the liv18 platform after any amendments have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request the withdrawal of any remaining real-money balance in your account before closing it.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter, or their formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which liv18 operates. Nothing in this clause shall restrict your rights as a consumer under applicable Bangladesh consumer protection legislation.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of the internal complaints process, further escalation options will be communicated to you at that stage.

You agree that any dispute resolution process will be conducted in the English language, consistent with the operating language of the liv18 platform.
